REGISTRATION
As a speaker, you are automatically registered and you do NOT have to register for ewC2026.
You can attend the 3-day conference free of charge. Just the classes are chargeable for speakers.
The exhibition ticket is included.
DURATION
Presentations shall take advantage of the standard 30minute time slot. Questions and answers will be covered in a separate round table discussion at the end of each session.
All speakers of a session are present during the full session and participate in the 15-minute panel session.
DEADLINES
Submission of Presentation (mandatory): 23 February 2026
Submission of Final Paper (requested): 2 March 2026
SLIDES / UPLOAD
Presentation slides shall be submitted before the event and will be distributed to registered attendees.
There is no template for the slides, you can use your company template. Just add the ewC-Logo on the very first slide. ew-Logo Download here...
Presentation should be provided in a Powerpoint format, and uploaded by Monday, 23rd February 2026:

It is important to name the file correctly: SpeakerName_Session.PPT
Please be sure the presentation follows the abstract submitted and contains only technical information and no sales or marketing of a specific product or service.
FINAL PAPER
Authors of accepted submissions are invited to publish a paper (min 3 pages, max. 10 pages) in a dedicated conference proceedings volume, with full ISBN, page numbers, and the possibility of subsequent download.

LANGUAGE
The conference language is English. All submissions must therefore be in English language.
PRESENTER
We accept only one speaker per 30 min presentation.
A talk shall be presented by a speaker with strong public presentation skills and subject matter expertise. The program committee reserves the right to cancel a contribution’s acceptance, if the speaker, the subject or the content of the contribution was changed compared to the original submission.
The presenter guarantees to be physically present.
ON-SITE
To guarantee a smooth run of the program, we kindly ask you to attend the whole session in which you are speaking and to see the technician or your moderator at least 15 minutes before your presentation.
Please use the laptop provided by us.
UNABLE TO ATTEND?
You are responsible for finding a competent/qualified replacement speaker in case you fail to give your presentation.

There are lockers in the entrance area "Ost". Use of these is free of charge. The coin that you must insert to lock the lockers serves as a deposit and will be returned. Trolleys and suitcases can also be handed in at the coat check at a charge of EUR 3 each.
