PROCEEDINGS PAPERS
Your paper/presentation will be distributed in the digital conference proceedings with ISBN. Please meet the given deadline to make sure that your files can be included. The proceedings paper/presentation is a requirement for all speakers at the electronic displays Conference. They are of the utmost value to our attendees. It is our goal to include all papers/presentations in the conference proceedings.
Upload the PDF latest by 16 February to the Cloud
Final version should have approx. 3 to 10 pages A4 for proceeding.
You can either use your presentation slides (2 per page) for the proceedings, your poster or write a paper.
Please transform your final paper into PDF-format yourself. Do not forget to include special fonts and to finally check the PDF-file for graphic and fonts faults.
PRESENTATION
Please upload in advance your final presentation at least by 16 February 2026 to the Cloud. This is required by the program committee to review and check the presentation.
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format and include the conference logo in your slides: Click here
If you need special software (sound/video) or fonts that are not pre-installed, please let us know in advance.
After the conference we will publish all presentations in pdf-format on the internet using a password and login. This link will be available only to all attendees and speakers of the conference. If you do not wish your presentation to be published, please send us a short note latest by 03 March 2026. Otherwise, we will assume that the publication of your presentation is approved.

There are lockers in the entrance area "Ost". Use of these is free of charge. The coin that you have to insert to lock the lockers serves as a deposit and will be returned. Trolleys and suitcases can also be handed in at the coat check at a charge of EUR 3 each.
